RV Awning Mats Shipping Information & Order Tracking

To track your order, simply paste the UPS tracking number you were provided into the box below. Please note that tracking numbers typically arrive about 24 hours AFTER you place your order. If you cannot find a tracking email from us, please check your SPAM folder, particularly AOL users.



Simply paste the UPS tracking number you received from us via email and click "Track package" to view the status of your package.

Orders are processed each and every day during regular business hours.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST. We check and answer emails consistently after hours and on weekends. During the morning hours, we can get quite busy in an effort to get customer orders out as quickly as possible. Things usually slow down a little around 11 am. If you have trouble reaching us, please be sure to leave a voice mail when you call. We always check messages and call back as quickly as possibly.

Our business office is located in Tampa, FL, however all mats ship from our warehouse in Florence, KY. We have no mats in Tampa for customer pick-up as this is just an administrative office. We can arrange pick up at our Florence, KY warehouse location if the order is paid for in advance.

We ship all of our mats via UPS GROUND out of our Florence, KY warehouse, zip code 41042. Arrival times may vary, but the map below will give you a good indication of when your mat(s) should arrive. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES AND SHIPPING TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE. Days are counted as business days. Holidays and bad weather can influence delivery times.


To figure the approximate day your package should arrive, add 2 BUSINESS DAYS to the number below from the state you are shipping to.

Example: I ordered my mats today, TUESDAY and I am shipping to Kansas. Your mats should arrive 3+2 = 5 business days from today, or TUESDAY of next week.


Most orders are shipped the following business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next regular business day, normally on Monday. We now ship to Canada! Canadian orders are shipped via UPS as well. We cannot ship mats outside the continental US and Canada.

Many customers ask us about expedited service. We can offer expedited services, but it is VERY expensive to expedite these mats due to their size and weight.


Shipping & Handling Fees For Items Shipped Inside the USA

Continental US States Only (we don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii)


Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order. Our checkout process will automatically calculate the total weight of your order and add the appropriate shipping and handling fee during the final stages of the checkout process.  Additionally, you can check the shipping fee before checking out by clicking the "Estimated Shipping Charges" link in your shopping cart.

 

Shipping & Handling Fees For Items Shipped to Canada:


For Canadian orders, we ship via UPS ground. Canadian orders may have a customs fee added by the delivery driver when the package is dropped off.

 

WE NOW CHARGE A $25 FEE, ADDED TO THE SHIPPING COST, TO OFFSET LOSSES FROM CUSTOMS FEES DUE THAT GO UNPAID ON ALL CANADIAN ORDERS.

 

When a Canadian order is placed a customs bill will be sent to the customer and is due.  Unfortunately many of these bills go unpaid and end up coming back to us for payment.  This bill must be paid.  Now we add a $25 fee to offset some of the loss generated by those who do not pay the customs fees, sorry.
