Orders are processed each and every day during regular business hours.

Our office and warehouse hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST. We check and answer emails consistently after hours and on weekends. During the morning hours, we can get quite busy in an effort to get customer orders out as quickly as possible. Things usually slow down a little after 11 am. If you have trouble reaching us, please be sure to leave a voice mail when you call. We always check messages and call back as quickly as possibly.

Our business office and shipping warehouse is located in Tampa, FL. If a local order is arranged in advance, mats can be purchased directly from our warehouse.

We ship our mats via UPS GROUND out of our TAMPA, FL warehouse, zip code 33624. Arrival times may vary, but the map below will give you a good indication of when your mat(s) should arrive.


Days are counted as business days. Holidays and bad weather can influence delivery times.

To figure the approximate day your package should arrive from the time you order, add 2 BUSINESS DAYS to the transit time number below from the state you are shipping to.

Example: I ordered my mats today, TUESDAY and I am shipping to Pennsylvania. Your mats should arrive 3+2 = 5 business days from today, or TUESDAY of next week. Reminder: this is approximate. We cannot control shipping times. If you need a mat in 3 days and it doesn't arrive in time, we are not responsible for the shipping fee.

Most orders are shipped the following business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next regular business day, normally on Monday. We ship to Canada!

Canadian orders are shipped via UPS ground to Canada CUSTOMS FEES COLLECT. The driver will collect the customs fee and any taxes due at time of delivery to any Canadian addresses. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES THAT ARE DUE WHEN THE DRIVER DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE. We cannot ship mats outside the continental US and Canada.

Many customers ask us about expedited service. We can offer expedited services, but it is VERY expensive to expedite these mats due to their size and weight.

Shipping & Handling Fees For Items Shipped Inside the USA

Continental US States Only (we don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii)

Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order. Our checkout process will automatically calculate the total weight of your order and add the appropriate shipping and handling fee during the final stages of the checkout process. Additionally, you can check the shipping fee before checking out by clicking the "Estimated Shipping Charges" link in your shopping cart.

Shipping & Handling Fees For Items Shipped to Canada:

For Canadian orders, we ship via UPS ground. Canadian orders may have a customs fee added by the delivery driver when the package is dropped off.

When a Canadian order is placed a customs bill will be sent to the customer and is due if UPS cannot collect the fees due. Normally UPS will not deliver the package unless the fees are paid at the time of delivery. This bill must be paid in order to receive your package. We will not refund any shipping fees for packages that are returned to us because a customer refused to pay the duties and taxes that are due.
